Help for tileserver
The tileserver understands the following requests:
/help
This help text.
/tile/A/Z/Y/X
Returns a 512x512-pixel jpeg tile from the aligned volume at scale
(a=0...8), slice (z=0...9603), position , .
Positions are scale-dependent. At a=0, x runs from approximately 23
to 85, and y runs from approximately 45 to 235, although the range
is less near the ends of the stack. At a=8, x=y=0 is the only tile.
Optionally, /B**/ may be included to average over 2^**** slices in Z.
In that case, runs from 0 to 9603 / 2^****.
/tile512/A****/Z/Y/X
Exactly like /tile/, except that the x- and y-coordinates are given
multiplied by 512. (This is helpful as a backend to Neuroglancer.)
/roi_pix/A/Z/Y/X/W/H.jpg
Returns an arbitrary size tile from the aligned volume at the given
scale. Y0, X0, W, H are specified in pixels, Z is a slice number.
/roi_um/A/Z/Y/X/W/H.jpg
As /roi_pix/, but all coordinates (including Z but obviously not A) are
given in microns.
/findRS/R/S
Returns the z coordinate for the given run and slice.
/findZ/Z
Returns the r and s numbers for the given z coordinate.
/info
Returns information about the run in key=value pairs.
